Donald Finn, Owner

Don has been in construction for over 40 years. Starting out as a journeyman carpenter right after high school, he's learned how to build a house from the foundation up. Don went to Chico State where he earned a degree in Construction Management.  He  turned his passion into a business that focuses on the long-term goals and satisfaction of his clients.

Rebeca F, Office Manager

Rebeca has been with SCC for 15 years and has a business management degree and her real estate license.  Among her other duties she process accounts receivable and payroll.

Peter G, Controller & Accounting Guru

Peter has been with SCC for three years after leaving the software design industry he had worked in for 25 years.  He does all our billing, software management and consulting.

Keith M,  Site Superintendent

Keith has been in the construction industry for over 40 years.  He has been integral part of of seamless communication between subcontractors, owners and the rest of the team.

He is also a licensed Californian contractor.
